50 Year/Sutherland Trails Loop, January 10, 2014

We had our largest group of the year at 56 people for this enjoyable hike. The weather was perfect and the scenery at the base of the Catalina Mountains was fantastic.

Lost Goldmine Hike, January 3, 2014

It was a great way to start the year with a hike with perfect weather in a very beautiful area with terrific views of the Superstition Mountains and through some beautiful vegetation. The desert was lush with greenery, which bodes well for a good wild flower year.

 

Brown Mountain Hike, December 27, 2013

19 of us turned out for this short but enjoyable hike. We had beautiful weather to add to the enjoyment and it was a very clear day so we had excellent views of the area from the ridgeline.
