Casa Grande Mountain Hike, March 27, 2015

We had a beautiful day for the last hike of the year. The barbeque at the end of the hike capped off a terrific year of hiking. Thanks to Connie for organizing it, setting it up and purchasing all the food. What a great job. Thanks to everyone for making this such a good year.

We had absolutely perfect weather and gorgeous Red Rock scenery on our two day sojourn to Sedona. It is hard to describe the beauty of that area of Arizona.

About Us

We are a group of people who love to hike and enjoy each other's company while we travel and hike together. It is an informal club and open to anyone who likes to hike, whether residing in Palm Creek or not.

We have a great lineup of hikes this year so come out and join us. We meet every Friday at 8:00 just to the north of the main mailboxes, sign up for car pools and leave at 8:15. Passengers pay the driver $10. We are usually back by 4:00 or so.

Bring sufficient water, a lunch and wear substantial footwear designed for hiking. You will be outside all day so a hat and sunscreen are advised and clothing suitable for the weather conditions that day.
